Welcome to EgoCustom.com! By placing an order on our website or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Order & Design Approval

All custom orders require final customer approval before production begins. This includes confirmation of:

  • Design placement and accuracy

  • Shirt style, color, and sizing

  • Spelling, logos, or graphic details

Once approved, orders cannot be modified, as production starts shortly after confirmation.

2. Turnaround Time

Standard production time is 2–5 business days after design approval. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request, but fees may apply.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carrier performance, weather, and other external factors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping within the U.S. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses

  • Carrier-related issues once the order leaves our facility

  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The product received differs from the final approved design

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem.

5. Design Ownership & Usage

By submitting artwork, logos, or custom designs to Easy From Us, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to use the submitted content OR

  • You have obtained permission to use the content

We reserve the right to decline any order that includes offensive, copyrighted, or trademarked material without proper licensing.

We may display your finished design for promotional use (e.g., website galleries or social media). If you’d prefer not to have your design featured, let us know in writing.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are due at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods.

For bulk or custom invoice orders, production will not begin until full payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in every product, Easy From Us is not liable for:

  • Misuse of garments

  • Wear and tear due to improper care (e.g., washing in hot water or ironing over the print)

  • Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

8. Changes to Terms

Easy From Us reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site and services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
